Website Design
The overall website is based on the freeware MicroSite DreamWeaver
template by Robbear7
Website Designs with some minor modifications:
- The Top and Left menus are now Server Side Includes.
- The Left and Right main windows were resized to reduce the left
menu area and increase the main window width.
- The 'Designer formatted' CSS version of the site is the default
and the 'pick a different scheme' color changer was removed.
The website is maintained using Macromedia DreamWeaver V4 for all
the HTML and CSS work.
A Perl program provides the page/links for the bulletin
page (using CGI and SHTML), and a background perl program makes
the music library pages from an Excel spreadsheet.
Another perl program provides the music
library search facility.
The Bulletins and Newsletters are converted from Microsoft Publisher
to PDF by pdfFactory.

The header image was produced with Macromedia Fireworks V4 and
JASC PaintShopPro V8 from a photo I took of a spectacular sunrise
over Saratoga (looking toward Campbell) in 2002. Here's the original
photo:
